MEDIA POLICY

By attending a Bolly Vibes event, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding photography and media:

Consent to Use: You grant Bolly Vibes (the "Brand") the irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right to capture and use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other likenesses taken of you at the event (collectively, the "Media") for any purpose, including but not limited to:

Marketing and promotional materials (online and offline)
Social media content
Website and other digital content
Public relations purposes

Release: You hereby release the Brand and its affiliates from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including, without limitation, any claims of defamation, right of publicity, or false light.

No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the Brand's use of the Media.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should avoid areas where photography and videography are likely to occur OR LET OUR PHOTOGRAPHER KNOW ABOUT YOUR CONCERN. A SMILE AND A POSE AT THE CAMERA WILL BE TAKEN AS CONSENT BY OUR MEDIA TEAM.  However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be captured in the background of photographs or videos.

Removal Requests:  We will make a reasonable effort to remove any Media upon your written request.  However, we cannot guarantee complete or immediate removal of the Media from all locations (including third-party websites) where it may have been reposted.  To request removal, please contact us at BOLLYVIBES.AU@GMAIL.COM.

Updates: This Policy may be updated from time to time.  Please review this Policy periodically for any changes.

Your attendance at the event constitutes your consent to this Photography and Media Policy.
